Update :)

So it's been a while I pretty much gave up for a while but I'm back. I've lost about 16 pounds in 2 weeks and I'm feeling the fire under my butt. I'm hoping this summer we can add to our family. Back up to my highest weight there is no way that would have been possible. Today Mikey and I went on a hike 

It's so hit I felt weak after and I binged. I ate way too much but thankfully all "healthy". Apparently it was dairy I was craving after I had a yogurt I felt so much better. I'm so excited to see what the next few months have in store for our family. It should be exciting. Feeling more and more blessed daily.

Day 2

It was a rough day today. Mikey fell asleep early last night and woke up at 2:30am. I was so exausted. So I slept after taking Mike to work. I didn't get much done today but there is always tomorrow!!

My food log could be better but it's much better then it used to be!

Breakfast: 2 sausage egg mcmuffins :/
Lunch: baked peas, chicken breast small, ketchup, 
Dinner: 2 small burger pattys, 2 small Portabello mushrooms, romaine lettuce, 1/2 cutie orange
Snack: banana

Back at it.

It feels like it's been a while so I figured I would try to use my old blog for motivation. 82 days to lose as much weight as possible :D it seems doable! I'm really pumped this time. I'm doing measurements as soon as Mikey naps to see how far my journey will go. Mike and I decided to try to eat a paleo diet for the anti-inflamitory properties it boasts. I'm really going to try to stick to it!
 
My daily stats:
Breakfast: chicken apple mini meatballs 
Lunch: 3 colors of bell pepper, marinara sauce, and chicken
Dinner: chicken breast, mini sweet potatoes, cutie orange
Water: 2 glasses (16oz glasses)
Snack: banana, chicken broth 
Pills: thyroid, WL, prenatal, d

Exercise: none :( always tomorrow. Hope the no nap bandit stays far away!
Steps: I found my fitbit yay! I can start fresh tomorrow! I'm at 2,522 for the last few hours!

30 day "wahoo" challenge

In going to try to use my wahoo blue hr monitor for a workout everyday for 30 days! I have 27 till Mikey's birthday. I know if I take pictures like this I will be upset like last year. One final chance to make the change. Before I make his 3rd birthday challenge :/ I really want to lose the 20 pounds I said I was going to.

Juicing... Or at least trying


Today I started my juicing. I'm planing on juicing 2 means and eating a balanced dinner with mike. I started today! Today's juice was the leftover mean green juice I made and a pear, 4 radishes, peach, and a pear. It's super tasty! 

 
We also went to a park this morning. So much fun!

It's been a while...

It's been a while since I've posted. Tomorrow starts my super weight loss boot camp. I'm really going to try hard this time. I've set rules on what I want my end results to be. I've been really unhappy. I really want to do this for myself. I really want more kids and I want to be healthy. 


We went hiking on Saturday! We were so happy. We only laughed and hiked and had a great time. I'm so excited to do it again! I'm really excited to start the next chapter of my active life!


Tomorrow..... The first day of the rest of my life!
